Brief Answer:
My suggestion.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concern about sleep regulation. I would like to advise you to start on benzodiazepines like Clonazepam which would help in regulating your sleep.
I can understand from your history that because of your shift patterns, your circadian rhythm has gotten altered and you are not able to stabilize it.
Discuss this with your doctor to change to long acting benzodiazepines if you are not finding response with the current drugs.
Hope this information would help you.
