Question: Hi, I am just not getting enough sleep these days. I do regular exercises, but my sleep keep breaking after few hours? What should I do

Hello,

In my opinion the next best step is to fix awakening time. Get out of bed on fix time irrespective of sleep duration during preceding night.

In addition avoid sleeping during day to allow accumulation of some sleep before next day.

Medication can be considered as further step.
