Nothing to worry, however routine and timely follow-up to continue..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Welcome back..

Thanks for following up with the details,

Let me get to it one thing at a time,

Good to know that Your working timings are quite healthy, which means you can get a good night's sleep of 8 hours as well as capable of availing a good morning and healthy breakfast simultaneously..

The food habits that you've mentioned, if your following it day to day, I'll say your doing just fine, so don't worry at all..

Those thought process which you've described for your parents, is a very common one which every son/daughter feels for their parents, so it's quite natural that your feeling the same also for your beloved parents..

The concerning part comes next as it doesn't match with any of those others, so i'll be needing some details regarding them, why do you think your overweight ?

Have you got yourself checked to actually assess if your overweight or not ?

Can you please share your body weight and height so that I can calculate the parameters for you and let you know the result..

Good to know that you've quit drinking, good job, well done..

Yes please continue the phone chats with the girl friend if that's making you relaxed(why do you say 'used to', any recent problems there, feel free to share)..

Yes, the last part is really strange, can you please elaborate on that please .. why are you thinking of those negative and harmful things like theft etc. , was there any recent history of theft ? Any influence of any soap opera/movie after which you may have been started feeling so ?

I would advice you to stop watching any T.V./Movie/soap opera regarding all those negative images which may be contributing to your day to day negative thought process, let me know about them in details, why are you feeling like it ?

Yes it seems that you don't need any pills either, the primary focus is to find the exact cause of botheration and eliminate it accordingly therapeutically, have faith on yourself , you'll be able to do it..

Let me know all those details..

Take Care
Kind Regards

Hi Doctor,

My height is 172 CM and weight is 92 kgs. Im worried about my weight as Im still 23 years of age.

I dont have any problem with my girl friend at all, even i feel relaxed due to that.

My house location is quiet unsafe and one of the guy below my flat died recently with cancer. I have some odd feeling on that.

I have not got any influence of any movies.

Brief Answer:
follow the advises.. maintain a healthy lifestyle..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Welcome Back..

As per those parameters your BMI is coming ~31.1 which is in the obese range, first of all you need to start working out, preferably in the morning as it suits your daily timings..

I'd suggest you to join a Gym as working out under supervision in a controlled environment is a must to loose those extra weights..at the same time please contact a dietitian for preparation of a diet chart accordingly, because when working out aiming to loose weight, the complete diet regimen needs to be re-evaluated accordingly..

Good, then continue the chats as it makes you relaxed..you can continue it before going to sleep as it seems to be relaxing for you..

Well it seems that the recent death around your flat is creating some of those negative environment, it'll pass by within a few days only..

Is it possible for you to stay at any of your friend's place for the time being, to see if it helps you..you can immediately feel the change as not only due to change of place but also due to good company, give it a try..

Alternatively, go for a visit to your parents, being with them will surely bring lot of peace in your mind.. I'm not telling you to change your flat immediately as it seems to be a temporary thing, so just give it a few time..

Let me know how it goes in the due course..
