Suggest Treatment For Intense Pain At The Tip Of Penis

Question: I have intense burning pain in the tip of my penis. I tried bathing in a solution of Epsom salts and warm water. That seemed to help, but only a little bit. There are no obvious signs of anything : just the pain. Earlier other parts of my penis seemed to be bruised, but that cleared up. I suspect this whole thing is connected with a session I had with a prostitute a few weeks ago. At one point I realized my condom had come off. She initially thought it was inside her, but I found it on the floor. So I suspect I inadvertently had unprotected sex. What is your advice at this point?

Brief Answer:
Unprotected intercourse

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

YOu had sex with a sex worker and your condom came off during intercourse. This means you had unprotected sex. I would be concerned that you contracted an STD from your encounter. I would recommend that you be seen by your medical provider and get checked for STDs including HIV.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions.
