Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Chest Pain That Radiates To The Neck, Back And Arms

Question: Hello, I am taking 20 mg abilify in the morning, 1 mg cogentin twice a day, 20 mg propranolol three times a day, 600 mg gabapentin twice a day, 500 mg depakote twice a day, and 15 mg buspar twice a day. I am having some intermittent chest pain that radiates to my neck, back, and arms. Do you think it is anything serious?
I am weaning off of gabapentin, depakote, and buspar. Do you think the chest pain could be withdrawal effects?

Brief Answer:
Consultation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would certainly mention this to your prescribing psychiatrist, who may recommend you get an EKG to make sure everything is okay with your heart. Abilify and propranolol can both have cardiac side effects in rare cases. However, I think it is much more likely this is coincidental and nothing serious.
