Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,
I understand your concern.
At your age it is a bit difficult to take good care of constipation due to slow functioning of your bowels (reduced peristaltic).
However, following can help:
- increase water intake
- eat more fiber rich foods
- fiber supplements can help (e.g. psyllium, prunes, etc)
- gentle laxatives (e.g. senna)
- stool softeners (e.g. lactose)
- anal enema can also help in extreme cases
- try to walk daily as you can
Hope it helped.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
