Hello dear XXXX
Welcome to HCM and thank you for your query
I understand your concern

Your symptoms could be gastroenteritis (viral and bacterial infection), stomach ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux and irritable bowel syndrome.
I would suggest to consult the gastroenterologist and undergo following investigations.
Urea breath test to rule out H.pylori infection,
barium meal study, Upper GI endoscopy
Stool routine and microscopic examination
Blood test: CBC, ESR, LFT
Meanwhile take following advises:
Continue tablet omeprazole 30 minutes before meal
Syrup mucine 30 minutes before meal
Tablet unienzyme, Capsule sporolac
Fiber supplements like isabgol
Avoid spicy and fatty foods, cold beverages
Take more banana, boiled rice, applesauce, yogurt, buttermilk and toast
Take small frequent meals rather than large meal
Walk for some time after meal
Drink plenty of water
Avoid stress and do regular exercise like walking and yoga

Hope I have answered your query
I will be happy to help you if you have further query
