Brief Answer:
Photopsia / Retinal detachment suspicion

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand you concern. Flashing light also called photopsia are usually an early manifestation of retinal detachment and they may or may not be accompanied by shower floaters and vision loss.

Migraine headaches with or without aura, uveitis, retinal vascular occlusion, vitreous syneresis or detachment are some of the other possibilities.

Nutshell, you should visit an ophthalmologist and let them have a look as soon as possible.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
