Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Severe Headache, Constipation And Hard Stool
Question: Hello doctor,
I have server headache every now and then. some times its back ( above my neck -hair line ) some times its over my eye balls, some times its front lobe that seems like its burning or spicy type feeling and it goes away when I pass my stool. I have been having this since a year initially it was all related to rice now anything. . if i had rice a night before then next morning i shall have this headache until i pass out my stool. Once my bowl is clear then so goes the headache.
Its like stool gets stuck in my intestine and causes headache. some times passing stool is like i never had a problem and some times its hard(not constipated ) compressed as if it had a really hard time moving in my bowl or the bowl did not help the stool to move . A year experience has made me realize when the stool gets stuck in the later part of the intestine it causes headache. Gone to various doc no use pls some one guide me

Irregularities in bowel may cause headache due to accumulation of morbid and toxic matter which finally gets absorbed into the blood and might produce headache.
Here, I would like further information for better assessment of the condition
Since how long you have this problem
Have you seen any doctor or ordered any investigation?
I would advise you to have lots of fresh fruits, raw or steamed vegetables
Dietary fiber to be taken at bed time which increases roughage in the intestine
Have lots of fluids 3 to 4 litters a day.
