Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Vaginal Bleeding After Intake Of MTP Kit

Question: My wife took MTP KIT(Mify kit) on 17 & 19 Oct. After initial needed bleeding she's occasionally bleeding in evening for last 5/6 days. Surprisingly this evening her bleeding increased noticeably, making her feeling unwell. Should she be prescribed Tranlok like medicine for stopping the bleeding. If yes please suggest the dosage and for how long.

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
It is common to have bleeding for 7-10 days after taking the MTP kit.
However, if the bleeding is so severe that she needs to change the pad every2 hours or earlier or she is feeling unwell or having fainting attack, then it could be incomplete abortion and she needs to get examined by an OBGYN specialist as soon as possible.
Tranexemic acid tablet do not help in reducing the bleeding due to misoprostol.

Ma'am, today's 15th day after taking 4 misoprostol tab vaginally. She had lifted our 6 yrs old daughter this evening after which the bleeding frequented (she said). Should we wait and watch for a few days? Should she continued with iron and. vitamin tonics? She's 34 yrs old.
