Suggest Treatment For Internal Haemorrhoids
I now noticed a liitle blood wiping and some anal discomfort and feeling like i still go.
I had a colonoscopy just under 3 years ago where they did say i had an internal hemorrhoid.
Is this likely my hemorrhoid flared up. How long should i wait until i should see a dictor.
Im 42, and have had a hemorrhoid removed about 10 years ago.
hemorrhoid and having to strain

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
It is likely the hemorrhoid acting up as you suggested plus the straining.
Hemorrhoids tend to be associated with blood on wiping.
Colonoscopy is normally scheduled every 5 to 10 years because it takes a long time for colon cancer to develop.
Since you were screened 3 years, you would still be considered in the clear unless you have symptoms indicating otherwise eg loss of appetite, abdominal pain, change in bowel habits, weight loss and continued bleeding.
You may have to increase your fluids and fiber intake to try and avoid further straining to see if this helps.
You can consider monitoring for at least a week, with changes in diet (in terms of fiber) and fluids, to see if this helps unless the bleeding is severe, worsens or you remain very concerned.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
The discomfort isnt a sharp pain but more of a feeling of pressure and feel like i need to have BM.
I have some anucort suppositories. I used only one suppository 2 days ago and it reduced stuff by 85 % for a few days but i started feeling pressure again yesterday after BM. sat on bleachers for 2-3 hours and i think that didnt help.
Ill try fiber.
fiber is a good idea
Detailed Answer:
HI
Ok, you can try the fiber , also consider increasing fluids if you currently do not currently use 8 glasses a day.
Caffeine products do not count because they have a diuretic effect and cause weight loss
Please feel free to ask anything else
I have noticed blood when wiping intermitently now and then for 10 years. I had an internal hemorrhoid banded 10+ years ago and i think the proctologyst said i had a few other small ones(all internal).
Anyway, noticing blood when wiping has always been associated with hard or more difficult bowel movments but its only at those times, most times are normal. My colonoscopy which was 2.75 years ago did confirm hemorrhoids but everything else was normal.
the colonoscopy would rule out a more serious cause
Detailed Answer:
Okay
The straining can cause bleeding to occur because of mild trauma to the anus, hemorrhoids would then add to this
The clear colonoscopy would rule out a cancer cause
