Question: I have a break in the skin in the upper leg area next to the crotch. I can't seem to get it cleared up. I have been using triple antibiotic cream but it wont clear up. Any other solution? ...

According to your complaints it could be intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone creamon on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
It should resolve your problem.
