Brief Answer:
The medicines will help to decrease muscle spasms

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can understand your concern. Conversion disorder is a psychiatric disorder in which due to some psychological stressors or conflicts various bodily symptoms are seen. You have been advised to take Lexapro which is a SSRI drug. The drug helps to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms and thus results in improvement.

Your all investigations came normal and this is a good thing. With regular treatment the symptoms of involuntary body movements and muscle spasms will decrease. In most cases 4-6 weeks are needed to see the effects of the drug. Treatment is advised for about 3-6 months post remission of symptoms. So just continue to take medicines and you will see improvement in your symptoms.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again.

Take care
