Brief Answer:
Bone marrow transplant
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
She is having low iron saturation.
Since she is beta-thalassemia minor I would advise her to go for bone marrow transplant which may be a curative option for her
Dilzem 90 mg is calcium channel blocker which will control her blood pressure but to reduce pulse rate she has to take a beta-blocker group of the drug.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
