Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation While Having PCOS

Question: HI,
My name is XXXX, age 25.
I was suffering from irregular periods and my doctor found I have PCOS 7mm. I was under treatment and now rescent test shows that there is no overain cysts. Still i have irregular periods and now i am on Birth control pills to regulate my periods.
Next month I am going to get married and myself and my husband has decided for baby after a year.
now my fear is that will it be any problem for my pregnancy.
Please guide.
