Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is nothing to worry as at times it takes a few weeks for periods to resume after stopping intake of oral pills especially when one has been taking it for longer than 6 months.
So nothing to worry but use protection while indulging in sex.
Take care.

Precaution advised
Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome back to HCM.
It is common because of pelvic congestion but will be relieved after periods.
Try giving hot fomentation of your back and see in case it provides relief.
Else you can take tablet norethisterone for withdrawal of periods after discussing with your gynaecologist.
Take painkillers like ibuprofen or Combiflam for relief in case pain gets severe.
Take care
