Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

Question: Hi my periods are irregular but had started medication for conceiving from past 3 months this month the doctor has told me to take seacure o tablet 200 mg every night for 15 days so does it will be helpful to vet pregnant and my egg size is also small so is their XXXXXXX chances of getting pregnant.this month on 3 feb was my period date but still not have my periods so is there any chances of pregnancy this month.and as from past 3 months i have my regular periods on every 3rd date of month.plz guide.

Thanks for writing to us.

Please specify what medication you have been using for the past three months and also upload reports if there are any investigations done.

You have been prescribed progesterone now. This does not in itself help conception, but, helps in implantation of the fertilized ovum.

Ovulation status should be established through basal body temperature chart or follicular studies. This helps to plan further management.

The cause of your irregular menstrual cycles should be identified and appropriate management given.

Thus, it is difficult to say if you can conceive in this cycle. Please wait for a week for your period and go for a pregnancy test if you do not see it then.
