Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation
Question: Hi I m 27 years old , got married about a year ago. My periods have become irregular for past 5 months. I had my period 60 days ago and also have put on a considerable amount of weight due to sedentary lifestyle. I have PMS symptoms like bloating and swelling in breasts for almost a month now but no period . Please advice me with some SOS medicine to induce my period ASAP. I currently weigh 75kgs and my height is 5 ft 4 inches. I have gained approximately 10 kgs in last 1 year due to sedentary lifestyle. I have mild polycystic ovaries since the age of 16 but i have always kept working out and manage lifestyle accordingly . I am not pregnant.

Late period may be due to hormonal imbalance - polycystc ovares, mental stress, emotional upset, irregular diet habit, high prolactin level, over weight or extreme loss, pelvic infection etc.
You may require one pelvic ultrasound scan and complete hormone test to rule out the underlying cause & confirm the diagnosis in absence of period. You must consult with your local GYNECOLOGIST regarding this.
Primolut N tablets contain the active ingredient norethisterone, which is a synthetic hormone similar to the naturally occurring sex hormone, progesterone. This medication is used to induce the periods in women who are not pregnant.
You need to have it thrice a day - 5mg for 5 days and the bleeding will start after you sop having it.

I have started taking the medicine you suggested , I would like to know i had 2 tablets each of last 2 days but i will have 3 from today. I missed because i came back from USA and having jetlag and bad schedule. I should still stop my medicine in 5 days right?
