Suggest Treatment For Irregular Period For Past 3 Months

Question: I'm a 30 years lady,56kg weight and married.Before I've regular periods but since last three months it become irregular.My last period started in the 1st week of July and it was not normal.The bleeding went through urines only but since last seven days it is very heavy and not stopping.kindly help.

I will be able to suggest the treatments after transvaginal ultrasound scan is done to check above problems. Medicines might not work in all depending on various causes. Hence taking medicines without diagnosis is wrong. Infact it might increase bleeding.
