im facing this problem from five years and im virgin and i do exercise my weight is 68
Brief Answer:
Mainly due to hormonal imbalance or due to PCOD.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nice to hear from you once again.
With your history, it may be due to hormonal disturbance or due to PCOD.
You should consult a gynecologist and get your ultrasound pelvic and hormonal profile done to rule out the cause.
PCOD is a most common endocrine disorder in female and lifestyle alterations are very helpful in its treatment.
Adopt a healthy and balanced diet rich in protein and low in carbohydrate with lots of fruits and vegetables in it.
Do some exercise to sustain weight.
Yoga and meditation are helpful to reduce stress.
Consult a gynecologist and get drugs to regulate your cycle.
Hope it is useful.
