Hi Mam.
I understand your concern.
Menstrual irregularities in your case can be due to hormonal imbalances manifesting in mid 20's.
The major cause would be polycystic ovarian syndrome.
For this I advise you to have a transvaginal ultrasonography.
In case if the TVS is found normal, then cycle regularisation with short course with combined oral contraceptive pills will help.
Weight reduction and regular aerobic exercise will help.
TVS has to be done with the expertise of Gynaecologist.
