Question: Since I have a irregular shape cyst on my ovary, is passing gas one of the symptoms?

This cyst definitely needs evaluation due to your previous history of borderline malignant changes in previously removed cyst.
Passing gas is most probably not related to the cyst because had the cyst had involved your gut tissue then there would have been other symptoms too like diarrhea or constipation along with severe anorexia and weight loss.
But for the evaluation of the cyst you need to get an abdominal CT scan and get that evaluated.
Also get following tumor markers viz - CA -125 and CEA.
Get the reports and then we can discuss further management.
