Hi,
I admire your positive outlook and congratulate you for the attitude
Now I guess you have low sperm count
There are lots of pathological causes responsible for your problems
However, let me give my opinion here.
As per your clinical history is concerned first let me clarify you that your low sperm count has no relation with the problems you have mentioned. It is purely due to endocrinological in origin,so let me confirm one thing whether your sperm count is below 15 million or not?
Please upload your report
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
As per your report, you have normal sperm count which is 28 million per ml and for infertility cases it is reduced to less than 15 million per ml.
You have White blood cell present 6-8/HPF and which should stay 1-2/HPF so discuss with your consulting doctor regarding having a short course of antibiotics and rest report has no such clinical significance at all.
So, you have nothing to be worried at all and you have no chance of infertility . I request you to measure your serum Testosterone level & a full blood count only.
I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further clarifications, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks
