Weight gain.
Constipation.
Lethargic
Brief Answer:
Supportive care
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in shoulder blade can be referred from gastric discomfort and constipation, weight gain both favours it. take some pepto, some tylenol and rest for a while and see if it helps. If pain persists, get some work up tomorrow, ultrasound abdomen to rule out any gallbladder stone involvement, serum amylase to rule out any pancreas involvement. For now, supportive care with some rest will help. Adapt good diet and lifestyle measures and do some thing to lose weight.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Would it help to know that some of these symptoms have been present for 18 months? The weight gain has been present the last 9 months or so.
Brief Answer:
Yes it makes my suspicion more likely
Detailed Answer:
Thank you fo getting back
It further adds to the strength of my suspicion of gastric discomfort , and the evil behind it is weight gain and other diet lifestyle adjustments, including constipation. Manage these causes and the discomfort will subside. No harm in gettin evaluated.
I hope it helps.
