Brief Answer: Possibility of Cystitis Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Irritation in Urethra which varies with position and based on your age group possibility of Benign prostatic hypertrophy with associated Urinary tract infection has to be considered. Presence of normal urine report does not rule out the possibility. Would suggest you to get Ultrasound of Kidney, ureter and bladder along with post void residual urine done in consultation with your Physician. In the meantime I would suggest you the following which will definitely help 1 Hot Seitz bath : Add a handful of common table salt to tub of lukewarm water. Sit in it immersing your bottom for 15 to 20 minutes each session twice a day. 2. Ensure good intake of water: 2 to 3 liter of water per day I hope this will help. Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you. Take care Best Regards Dr Deepak Kishore MBBS, MS, MCH Consultant Surgeon

Brief Answer: Unlikely to be STD Detailed Answer: Hi It's unlikely to be STD as they are usually associated with discharge and some amount of burning micturition especially if associated with anterior Urethritis. Also the various tests carried out are negative for any STD. If the ultrasound is normal there seems to be no cause for concern. Do get back if you have any further doubt. Take care Best Regards Dr Deepak
