I had inguinal hernia surgery 4 days ago every thing looks good except my left testical is 6x larger than should be like I never had the surgery

no right after I woke up it was enlarged and has been for 8 days now but I do see the DR. today is there any ?s I should ask to make sure proper treatment is cunducted
