The report points towards ischemia which occurs when the blood supply to the heart is not adequate and the heart cries in pain due to inadequate oxygen supply. In your case itvis involving the inferior wall or the lower surface of the heart.
Such a condition can be treated but makes you more prone to heart attacks. You need to be on regular medicine. In a subsequent stage angiography might be required. I do not think that treadmill test is needed since ischemia has already been found. There is no need for exercise for generation of ischemia.
