Suggest Treatment For Itchiness And Fluid-filled Bumps On Labia Majora

Advise and suggestions given, this is not herpes or anything serious
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query and attached images with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. From the attached images it does not look like anything serious, and you should know that the itch after shaving the pubic region is considered normal and for it to itch quite a lot for the first few days is also normal as the new hair tries to start growing back.
As for the bumps that appeared, they are also normal or some times are related to irritated hair follicles, but are self-resolving (meaning they require no treatment). What has caused an issue here is you popping them, please avoid this in the future as it can make your susceptible to infections.
Here is my advise:
+Try to take a shower everyday for a while
+Apply a warm compress to the region several times a day
+Wear clean inner wear and change it at least twice a day
+Avoid sexual contact of any sort for a while
+Take warm sitz bathes with epsom salt in them at least 2-3 times a day
+Apply a topical antibiotic cream or ointment like neomycin
There is nothing serious to worry about and your symptoms are not related to conditions like herpes, so please do not worry. I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.

Continue with the same advise, but need 1 more clear pic please
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
The latest pictures are indeed better and the presentation does look more like a friction wound, and still nothing too serious. Could you in your free time take pictures that are as clear as the newly attached ones, but without holding your hand or pressing the region (making it look bulged and pink), and take a picture with the normal presentation so I can see how the region looks without being irritated.
But my suspicion still stands, and I advise you to initiate my suggestions at the earliest ma'am.
Best wishes.

Keeping my fingers crossed
Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am.
The right side seems to be more swollen than the left side, which could be purely due to the irritation caused by the blade as well as by you popping the bumps that appeared (possibly simply from the act of shaving).
I thus request you to go about my advise for at least 3-7 days, and then attach a clear image of the region as requested by me the last time, so we can compare and see if you are experiencing an improvement or not. We shall then take it from there.
I hope you experience a rapid and complete recovery. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any assistance, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
