Suggest Treatment For Itchiness And Pain In Groin
Question: I had groins infection complained before 2- 3 months. I visited a doctor he gave me cream to apply named Fucibet to apply for 10 days. But it has been months and itching is increasing and its spreading more.

Thank you for the posting the picture.
As I rightly suspected you are having fungal infection called Tinea cruris/corporis.
I would recommend you consult a dermatologist for proper management.
I generally recommend proper course of oral antifungal drug like itraconazole 200 mg once daily for 10-15 days along with local application of sertaconazole or luliconazole cream twice a day over affected areas. for 4 weeks.
Take oral antihistaminics for itching as required.
Maintain hygiene and avoid tight undergarments.
