Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The possible causes include contact dermatitis, insect bite or an allergy. Wash the area thoroughly with diluted povidone solution. Topical calamine lotion and cortisone or clobetasol propionate can be applied. Oral antihistamines like hydroxyzine or cetirizine can be taken which will be available over the counter most likely. If the condition persist despite these measures then you should consult a specialist , preferably a dermatologist to examine the area. The referral can be done through your GP who would examine you first and rule out the common causes.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
