Brief Answer:
Need evaluation and workup

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Itchy breast and numbness with discomfort radiating to back should be evaluated for the cause. Local causes for abnormal discharge , physical examination of the breast and lymphatics around and slight work up if need be to sort out mammary causes for the itch and god forbid malignancies or pagets disease as these could be a suspicion of abnormal discharge leading to the discomfort and itch.
Apart from it dermatological evaluation to rule out any eczema or atopic dermatitis or mastitis etc should be ruled out.
Nutshell talk to a doctor let them evaluate you and correlate your symptoms clinically and then proceed accordingly.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
