Brief Answer:
Diabetes control is very important

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

To control diabetes is more important ti cure the disease ,

Get sugar levels test done and consult Physician for further management of Diabetes .

Rest of the medicines have secondary role to play .

It will take a week to get cured but that will happen only if diabetes is well controlled.

Cefotaxime is an antibiotic and needs to be taken to control secondary infection .

Thanks and Regards.
