Question: The tip of my penis gets abrasions when I have sex. it is really painful to have sex. it takes my penis awhile to heal. sometimes my foreskin is ichy. I've been to my primary doctor. she said I have a yeast infection. I used antifungal cream on it. it didn't get better. I went back to her she gave me prescription strength antifungal pills. I tried a different cream with the pills. still not getting better.

From the available description I am convinced with the diagnosis as yeast infection mostly presents with itching and superficial abrasions. In addition treatment of yeast infection takes time depenfing on the susceptibility to antifungal medications or creams.

First of all you needto stop worrying as within few weeks you will be alrihht. Secondly you need to continue treatment to get it eliminated completely.
Thirdly use some soft creams during sex to prevent new ulcerations.
