Brief Answer:
No need to be worried

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
At this point there is no need to be worried. Breasts go through some shanges during pregnancy and it includes enlargement, skin changes, clogged skin glands and increased sweating and this all can lead to fungal or bacterial skin infections or dermatoses due to irritation. You should apply mild antifungal and mild steroid cream for 2-3 days, avoid sintetic clothes, keep area dry and take nonsteroid painkillers. If there is no improvement you should do ultrasound. Wish you good health. Regards
