Brief Answer:
It is most probably a fungal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for delay in my response.

With your history and symptoms it is most probably due to fungal infection superimposed bacterial infection.

To confirm the diagnosis you should consult a Gynaecologist and get yourself examined and get your vaginal swab culture and sensitivity test done and KOH staining to see fungal strands.

For treatment you should take full course of antifungal and antibiotics medicine and cream for local application.

For better results maintain proper vaginal hygiene, drink a lot of water, use cotton undergarments, do not douche and use betadine wash, take healthy and balanced diet, do not use perfume and soapand tampoon.

Hope it is useful.
