I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely fungal infection. Antifungal creams for local application will be helpful for this. You can use antifungal creams like miconazole which is available as over the counter in brands like Daktarin.

Use loose underwear. Avoid underwear while sleeping. Change sweaty clothes in time.
