Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have gone through your complaints and need to ask you few questions.
Is the itching associated with any rash?
Are you having any other symptoms like discharge, burning during urination?
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

Brief Answer:
Take antihistaminic and topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
In such cases I recommend my patients to take antihistaminic like tablet loratidine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching and apply steroid cream clobetasol propionate or betamethasone propionate on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
