Suggest Treatment For Itching On The Scalp
Question: Am suffering from dandruff issues for past one month i had tried head and shoulders but still am getting itching in my scalp, which is the better anti-dandruff shampoo without causing any side effect already my hair become too thin. kindly guide me to get rid of this problem and give some solutions to stop hair-fall and regrowth of hair.

I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
You may use Sebowash Shampoo every alternate days. It contains fluocinolone acetonide which reduces itching and flaking in dandruff.
Fir hair thinning and hair fall you may try using either Percos hair serum Or Vighan hair serum at night. Use 2ml serum and gently massage with fingers on to entire scalp.
You may also take an oral biotin supplement e.g tablet Essvit once daily.

When I saw the review for sebowash shampoo they had mentioned two many side effects for this shampoo, can you please suggest me an alternate shampoo for this. If am going to use any of the mentioned hair serum how long should I use them including essvit tablet. Do I get any side effects while using essvit tablet?

You may use either Steiprox liquid Or Keraglo AD shampoo (contains ciclopirox olamine) every alternate days.
I would suggest serum and tablets for at least 4-6 months. There are no side effects of tablet
