This is what it looks like
Brief Answer:
Emollients, mometasone, levocetirizine, biopsy if persistence or spread
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I appreciate your concern
Thanks for uploading the image.
Since the onset of the itching on the hands is acute , it appears to be a case of contact dermatitis. Topical moisturizers , emollients such as hydrex gel or DERMASHIELD CREAM can be used. Steroid creams like mometasone or clobetasol can be used. Anti histamines such as levocetirizine or loratidine can be taken for a week. If the discoloration and itching persists then oral steroids can be advised for a couple of weeks. During the course of treatment if adequate response is not observed and there is pain, raising up of the lesions increasing in thickness, bleeding , increased size with spread of discoloration the a biopsy should be done to confirm the definite cause and to especially rule out malignancy.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
