Brief Answer:
Either insect bite reaction or some allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be either insect bite reaction or some allergic reaction.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply potent topical steroids like clobetasol propionate cream or betamethasone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily for 5-7 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
