Question: thank you, F aprox 40, black cir dots on top (L) foot, (F) is using meth, poor dospital..iet, moving couch to couch, is in denial state not wanting help. She is scrubbing and now raw and seems worse. refuses to go to calif ER or seek womans social services.? Perplexed in California.. worried, as truth in her answers are limited, and im thinking worse will come of lifestyle and foot?

thank you, any suggestions on the dots? I researched web-med, one may think its damaged liver in circulation. I hope you can confirm, and think what may excite her to take a treatment/acceptance/get help push now..at least from a physical aspect. Sorry the women's social services are4 very overwhelmed in my urban metro area..again why I needed a California Dr.
