Question: hi, is this a boil? it does not hurt, doesn't itch it only bothers me if I push on it or try and pop it. it is right at my panty line, could it be an ingrown hair? what do you think?

I am so sorry to hear about this red spot that you have reported. I have reviewed the image fully and it is suggestive of an ingrown hair. This must have been provoked by shaving the genitals. When you next shave, please avoid shaving very low as this favors ingrown hairs.

For now, do nothing. Avoid picking and trying to pop it all the times as it delays healing and increases the risk of infection. Keeping it clean, airy and dry would also help with this process.
