Brief Answer:
ring worm infection- fungal origin

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The description of the lesions fits those of ring worm lesions with slowly enlarging red bordered circular to oval lesions with scaling in centre and severely itchy. Theses also called TINEA CRURIS WHEN SEEN IN GENITALS. This shall require antifungals both orally and for local application. You may send a picture of the lesion for confirmation of diagnosis first before treatment may be advised.

Dear Dr. Thank you for your response....what accounts for the tumor likeness,,,not just on the skin...but having real tumorlike substance? there is no real border per se....I willtry an anti=fungal cream they seem like 3 dimensional lumps...hard but not solid thanks
