I have dry skin on lower leg, how to get treated, OFTEN ITCHING,
SUFFERING FOR 3 MONTHS

Hi.

It looks like a dermatitis or fungal infection here from the picture but the images are not so clear.Kindly take a clear picture and re-send it for better judgement.
However,You can apply corticosteroid (clobetasol) with anti-fungal (miconazole) cream (Brand name Tenovate-M) to subside this dry and itchy skin.
You should also take vitamin B complex with folic acid 5 mg once daily to prevent future recurrence of dry skin and to have a rapid healing.
If still symptoms persists then i would advice you to see dermatologist for clinical examination of the skin and appropriate treatment.
