Suggest Treatment For Itchy Face And Nose After Eating Crab Legs

Question: My 21 year old ate crab legs about 3 hours ago. She now has swollen itchy fave and nose, and yellow pus in her eye. She just took 2 Benadryl. Should she go to ER? No previous reaction to shell fish. Thank you
