Question: My five year old has really itchy and hot feet I've dried everything Benadryl cream, Tylenol etc.
Nothing is relieving his pain and he won't stop crying

Welcome to health care magic,

Itchy and hot feet could be due to allergic hives or atopic dermatitis but it must be inspected in order to make a clear diagnosis.

Without visual inspection,I wont be able to comment exactly on the problem,So it would be better if you can take the clinical picture of the itchy areas of feet as in dermatology one needs to inspect with eyes what the lesions are, how they look and what the skin condition is there.

So,kindly get back to me with the images.I will be happy to answer that.
