Suggest Treatment For Itchy Pale Spots On The Penis

Question: I have little pale spot on penis for a few weeks now and it doesnt hurt at all and feels smooth like the rest of my penis I'm 22 years old and in good health. I've been masterbating with no lubercant for my whole life and Only used lube when having sex. I haven't had sex in approximately 3 years and only had one girlfriend ever. Please help

Also no itching and nothing other then me noticing this spot while showering. I check everywhere else and there is no other spots.

Based on the image you uploaded, its most likely a Penile Lentigine. These are harmless lesions and tend not to cause any harm and thus doesn't require any treatment.

I would advise Dermatoscopy which is an instrument where the dermatologist would examine the lesion in magnified view to confirm my impression.
