Question: Good evening Sir Dr XXXXXXX I have frequent rashes and itching on my body.

Also I have few patches o my tongue.Took antibiotics but not no seem to resolve.

I am here attaching the imahges,please guide?Problem since 3 years and recurrenig

I understand your concern

I apologize for the delayed response

I have gone through your uploaded images as well.

As per your symptoms ,these skin lesions should most likely represent lichen plans.

LP is associated with whitish patches inside mouth.

Antibiotics will not be helpful as it is not infectious in origin.

DIF- direct immununofluorescence test is needed for confirmation.

Steroids are the mainstay of treatment.

Please check with your physician in person.
