I appreciate your concern

Thank you for uploading the images. Based on what i can visualize there are tow possibilities intertrigo or tine cruris. The treatment for both would be covered if a combination anti fungal and steroid cream containing clotrimazole plus beclomethasone is used twice a day. Try to keep the area clean and dry. Use cotton panties only. Sits bath with dettol in water once a day would also be helpful. If there is itching then apply calamine lotion and take tab levocetirizine for adequate relief.
