fungal infection & psoriasis to rule out. ...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Can you please provide a picture of the itchy hands and feet?
You are reporting to have a previous history of scalp psoriasis. Unfortunately, psoriasis can occur anywhere in the body including hands and feet.
If I was your caring doctor would advise to run examination of skin scrapping to exclude fungal infection first. Then, to exclude psoriasis.
Looking forward to have the requested photo in!

Brief Answer:
allergic reaction
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Sorry for the delay but I have just received your photos.
I have gone through your photos and noted the itchiness.
It seems to be allergic reaction to something you have been in contact.
Please :
- apply hydrocortisone cream alternating with anti histaminic cream (eg. Promethazine cream)
- take oral otc anti histamine drug ( ketotifen or loratadine)
If no improvement within a few days, should consult with dermatologist as you might need more specific treatment.
If the itchiness will get worse in a few hoursfrom now, should go to ER to take injections to ease itchiness.
Hope it helped!
